We know how important the big night is, but we inspect every single piece that comes back. To ensure your return or exchange is approved, please make sure:
- Keep those tags on: All original tags (including the pink security ribbon) must be attached exactly as received.
- Watch the glam: The dress must be completely free of makeup, self-tanner, perfume, deodorant marks, and animal hair. (Pro tip: try it on *before* doing your makeup!)
- Unworn & Unaltered: No dancing the night away or shortening the hem beforehand. Items must be unwashed, unworn, and in their original packaging.
How to Start Your Return or Exchange
Step 1
Drop Us an Email
Email our friendly support team at service@koreyila.com. Let us know your Order Number and whether you’d like to do an exchange (completely free!) or a return (minus the $10 label fee).
Step 2
Print Your US Return Label
Our team will email you a prepaid return shipping label. Simply print it out and stick it onto your original packaging. All returns are shipped back to our specialized US-based warehouse for lightning-fast processing!
Step 3
Ship It Out
Drop the package off at your local post office. Be sure to get it scanned within 7 days of receiving your label to keep your return active!
Step 4
Your Refund or New Dress is on the Way
Once our US warehouse inspects and checks in your return (usually within 3-5 business days of arrival), we will issue your refund back to your original payment method, or ship out your brand new exchange dress.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I exchange for a completely different style?
Yes, bestie! If the new style is a different price, we will either refund you the difference or send you an invoice to pay the remainder before shipping your new dream dress.
How long does a refund take to show up in my bank?
Once our US warehouse approves your return, we issue the refund immediately. Depending on your bank, it usually takes 5-10 business days to reflect on your statement.
What if my dress arrives damaged or defective?
We are so sorry if this happened! Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the defect, and we’ll ship out a brand new replacement dress immediately at zero cost to you.
Are final sale items eligible for returns?
Items marked as "Final Sale" are yours to keep and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please review our sizing guides carefully before purchasing clearance items!
